Site Redesign
The project lasted from May 2016 through December 2017. It involved a lot of research, planning, gathering feedback, designing and developing.
The new fronted framework included:
- Bootstrap 3.x
- JQuery
- SCSS
- Velocity JS
- Other Javascript Libraries
- Custom Javascript
- Web fonts
- Custom Icon Font
- A Pattern Library
Migration
The website was migrated out of an in-house made content management system coded in Coldfusion into Cascade CMS made by Hannon Hill. The templates were developed using Apache’s Velocity language within Cascade CMS. There were approximately 3000 pages migrated. Each page was migrated individually over a span of 4 months, January 2017 – May 2017.
